We teach Standard Spanish, which will be useful in any Spanish-speaking region. If you have a preference for Spanish from Spain or Latin America, just let us know. The Spanish language itself is uniform, similar to English. The main distinctions are the accents, which might vary slightly between different Spanish-speaking cities around the world.
Great question! You can book a free consultation on our website and we will let you know what class fits your level. If you have little or no experience with Spanish, you’ll need to register for one of our Beginners 1 classes.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your course for any reason:
– We reserve the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment and will provide a full refund in such cases.
1. If you cancel up to two weeks before the course start date, you will receive a full refund or a credit valid for 12 months.
2. If you cancel after the first class but before the second class, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
3. No refunds will be issued after the second class.
However, you may request to join a different course on another date and use your credit within a year.
Please note, refunds are not available for student absences, and make-up classes are not offered for group classes.
What if I miss a class?
We understand that life can be hectic, and you might miss a class. If that happens, we record the live session and email it to you.
Yes, we provide students the material we cover, homework guidelines and websites suggestions for self study.
