REFUND POLICY

GROUP CLASSES 

If you need to cancel your course for any reason: We reserve the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment and will provide a full refund in such cases. 

  1. If you cancel up to two weeks before the course start date, you will receive a full refund or a credit valid for 7 months. 
  2. If you cancel after the first class but before the second class, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. 
  3. No refunds will be issued after the second class. 

However, you may request to join a different course on another date and use your credit within a year. 

Refunds are not available for student absences, and make-up classes are not offered for group classes, workshops, conversational Spanish groups. 

PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY 

  1. Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time to receive a make-up lesson (see below for the definition of a make-up lesson). This includes leaving messages voicemail or text message. 
  2. No shows or failure to notify within 24 hours will result in a forfeited lesson. 
  3. If you know in advance of any dates where you or your child cannot attend a lesson, please notify me when booking/paying for lessons. 
  4. There are no refunds on unused or cancelled lessons. 
  5. Should you choose to take a break, unused lessons can be banked for up to 2 months. After that period, unused lessons will be considered forfeited. 
  6. If you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please provide two lessons’ notice. 

MAKE-UP LESSONS FOR PRIVATE TUTORING 

  1. Any lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a make-up lesson at a time that is convenient for both the teacher and the student.
